Your initial post should be between 4-5 paragraphs and include the following:
The Community Lifeline you selected, Safety and Security, and how the lifeline was compromised, creating hardships for people, businesses, and response and recovery efforts
The infrastructure sector(s) relevant to the Community Lifeline you selected (include interdependencies if appropriate) – use Sector Specific Coordinating Plans for additional research (Use Google to locate the Sector Specific Plan for an infrastructure sector)
The damages and complications to restore the infrastructure sector(s)
Analyze three core competencies and the capability targets that were overwhelmed by the hurricanes (describe the core capability, and how it supports essential services)
