Prepare a theoretical model that assesses the lessons you learned by recognizing the adaptive, instead of the technical, nature of your decisions while engaged in the Pandemic (simulation).
-Theoretical model should compare/contrast three theories of adaptive leadership.
Analyze how you avoided the trap of seeking technical solutions to adaptive problems by developing a capacity to become comfortable with the discomfort of tackling difficult adaptive challenges when facing a global pandemic within a virtual team. (note:this is based on a fictional pandemic/simulation)
Major decisions during pandemic include:
1- subsidize vaccine/ invest in research for an even more effective vaccine.
2- support a lockdown/ make public announcement warning citizens of the health risks if they disobey the ban.
3- run a software system that tracks and traces individuals’ locations in an effort to assist public health officials in the pinpointing of outbreaks and contact tracing.
4- inform the public about a faulty virus testing kit/ publicly commit to government support for a new and improved device.
