Ethical Legal environment of the facility: local, state, federal regulations, accreditation, etc.
Economic issues facing your selected organization: projected growth and challenges.
Healthcare technologies adopted for the Management (Human Resources, Financial) and Clinical (Electronic Health Record -EHR, Health Information Exchange – HIE) functions.
Problem solving and decision-making processes: unilateral vs. group decision making.
Financial management of the organization: financial management functions, revenue management system.
Include any other aspect of healthcare management specifically relevant your select organization.
Format: Your APA formatted paper should be 15-20 double-spaced pages typed in 12- point Times New Roman font (or 11- point Calibri) excluding the Cover and Reference pages containing at least 4-5 credible sources of information should be submitted by Sunday mid-night
