Should be focused on the future of your company (next 1-2 years). How is it strategically positioned for the future? Where will it grow and how? Where do you expect the challenges to come from (environment, lack of growth, competitors’ reaction)? What would the value be in
now that you have additional financial information (up through Q6). How does this compare to what you proposed at the VC fair? And, finally, how will your investors “cash out” and what are the implications for your management team? Determine the payout for the founders, VCs, Loan Shark if applicable. Include as an appendix your income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and updated company valuation along with your tactical plan out to Q6. Refer to these documents as needed in your paper.
