Hi this is a nursing clinical paper work to fill out about my patient I took care off, its two forms but the same patient with two different diseases and different nursing diagnose, the nursing diagnose that that say Risk for DVT related to immobility its main disease I talked about is Edema. the other one that says Impired gas exchange as related to CHF as evidence by Shortness of breath, its main disease is Shortness of Breath. I have typed some of the informations on the the papers and will upload more info, but fill free to change anything you think is not correct on the cues. remember its the same patients just different diseases so I typed on one and did not on the other one I only did the nursing diagnose on both so you don’t get confuse.
