Please brainstorm three potential projects that you would like to develop in your organizations. The project ideas should be small, allowing you to practice all the necessary elements in this course to design a project that can be further implemented in your organizations.
Using the scoring model from chapter 2, choose one of the three potential project ideas from point 1. You may want to incorporate size and complexity criteria to ensure that the project is both sufficiently involved for you to benefit from many of the techniques in this book, and manageable enough to be completed within a reasonable time frame. Finally, you may need to identify resources to complete the project using a resource matrix, which must include a prioritization matrix. To begin, adhere to the guidelines provided in this section of the textbook. Use the example shown in the section (LADD organization).
