For the problem statement you have developed for a quantitative study, specify the population and sample and the permissions you will need to conduct the study. What kind of quantitative data would you collect – would you create your own instrument, or is there one out there to use? How would you check that the instrument you create is reliable and valid, or how would you verify that the existing instrument you want to use is valid and reliable? How would you ensure that participants in this study are protected?
