This Assignment requires that you develop a SWOT Analysis for the company Burger King. Outline your company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. In addition to outlining the SWOT, you will need to create a SWOT Matrix and then prepare an analysis as well as outlining the company’s competitive advantages and creating a strategic focus section. Your paper will be single-spaced, Times New Roman font, and in a 12 size, one-inch margins all around. I will upload the sample given for the paper. I have attached the sample document as well, please make it as similar to this as possible given the page restriction. Strengths and weaknesses do not need to each be a full page as there won’t be room for the rest of the paper. I have also attached the first part of the Burger King analysis, so please transition it from the end of my current work to the SWOT analysis.
